Biography
Ali Asghar Shiri was a 35-year-old father of two children, aged 7 and 10. He was shot in the chest by security forces in Sabashahr, Shahriar on January 9, 2026, during nationwide protests. After being refused treatment by hospitals in Shahriar and Karaj, he succumbed to his severe injuries. His children later marked what would have been his 36th birthday.
علی اصغر شیری، پدر ۳۵ سالهی دو فرزند ۷ و ۱۰ ساله بود. او در تاریخ ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در صباشهرِ شهریار، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری، از ناحیه سینه مورد اصابت گلوله نیروهای سرکوبگر قرار گرفت. پس از ۳ ساعت تلاش برای یافتن بیمارستانی که وی را بپذیرد، به دلیل شدت جراحات و عدم رسیدگی پزشکی جان باخت. فرزندانش بعدها سالگرد تولد ۳۶ سالگی او را گرامی داشتند.
